It is completely essential to have the health insurance

Dear international students of University of Tabriz:

     Following our previous announcements and notifications, we would like to remind all of the International Students of University of Tabriz again that, for each and every international student it is completely essential to have the health insurance.

     Due to the fact that, in cases of illnesses and urgent surgeries, international students without having the Health Insurance, should pay to clinics and to hospitals, huge amounts of money.

   Please be aware that, the charges of hospitals are very high and sometimes even exceed many times of the cost of the annual health insurance. (The annual cost of health insurance per person is around Five Million Tomans). However, sometimes the charges of hospitals are one hundred million Tomans or even more.   

     Therefore, it will be very vital and urgent to contact very quickly Mr. Jafari, the officer of the International Students Office for settling this matter.

     It is obvious that the University of Tabriz will not take any responsibility for the problems that arise in the future, for those students who negligently did not get their health insurances, and all the consequences of these will be borne by the students themselves.
