In the framework of the Erasmus+ Program the cooperation of the University of Tabriz with Turkish universities is expanding.

Dr Mir Reza Majidi stated: at first step of this program will implement with the universities of Aydin, ghazi and Sivas jomhuriat University in Turkey and in the next steps it will gradually continue with other prestigious universities.

He added, within the framework of this program, students and faculty members in the fields of economics, management, political science, electrical and mecanical engineering and basic and applied science, sports management will be covered by financial supports.

The chancellor of the University of Tabriz remarked that this memorandum of cooperation in the framework of the Erasmus+ Supplemental Program was signed with the Aydin University in July 2018 and with the Ghazi and Sivas University in October 2018.

These contracts will be valid until 2020.
